This clever hinge works perfectly on one piece Chevy car hoods from 1934 - 1940, Chevy trucks up to 1946, and many other applications as well.  Two pieces of box tubing attach to the hood, and two attach parallel to the hood sides.  Hinge pivots join the hood to the lower support rods.  Power actuators can be used to open and close.  Some fabrication necessary for installation.
