Products unaltered and undamaged may be returned within 30 days with prior approval. If there are no product defects or errors on the part of Superior Glass Works, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit and the customer is responsible for all initial shipping and return shipping charges. I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
How do I return my products?
1. Call Customer Service to have your return request reviewed and approved. 2. Once approved, Customer Service will discuss with you the best method for return the items. We can arrange to have them picked up, or your can arrange shipping yourself. 3. Include in your return shipment a copy of your invoice or packing slip and your contact information for reference.
***** NOTE: Fiberglass parts must be individually wrapped in protective foam or plastic to prevent damage from rubbing against each other and the cardboard box. Damaged parts may be subject to additional repair fees or denial of any credit.
