1932 Ford Roadster Pickup Body

Looking for something a little different while still maintaining the timeless good looks of a Deuce? Perhaps building up something old-school or with a rat-rod look? Want to get into a '32 street rod without breaking the bank? Our Roadster pickup can be all of the above! Not an authentic roadster pickup, as we simply cut the trunk off a roadster and enclosed the back of the body. Most accessories and parts for a roadster such as windshield posts, convertible tops, etc. will fit this body without issue. Run it with the optional bed cut to the length you choose, or simply bolt that spun aluminum tank to the rails. Fits original or our new construction ’32 ford chassis.
We build each body on a fixtures made from original '32 Ford rails and it will mount to your original and most reproduction frames. The floor is contoured to match the frame shape exactly and the mounting plates are drilled to match the stock bolting locations.
Our body is hand-laid in our facility using 3 layers of 1.5oz fiberglass mat plus stiffening core mat added to most panels. We then add a comprehensive steel structure inside the body, install the doors, and deliver to you a body ready to bolt down to your chassis. It includes the following:
Body from the cowl back with firewall, floor, and doors (hinged and mounted)
Steel inner structure installed at firewall, dashboard, door posts, and throughout interior of body.
Grill shell, smooth-top
Finished in a glossy, black gelcoat ready for block sanding and paint.
Additional Body Options
Fiberglass pickup bed, 54" long, that can be shortened to suit your style (not installed). Open on one end to allow fitting tailgate or bonding to back of body. - $500 (add $100 for additional end-panel)
Hood and hood sides (some examples):
Fiberglass, one-piece, smooth hood top, installed with forward tilt hinge- $500; $650 with lift-off brackets
Smooth steel hood top, no sides, installed with lift-off mount – $750. (add $250 for side hinge)
Smooth top, 20 louvered sides, single side hinge - $1200 ($1350 with double hinge)
Polished grill insert, installed – starting at $250
Gas tank, 16 gallon steel, original frame mount or installed in trunk - $425
Air conditioning unit, installed under dash - $600
Windshield wiper, single blade above driver, installed - $250, 2 blades - $500
wer door locks installed, both doors - $200
External locking door handles installed

Steering column, installed to rack with drop, u-joints, etc.
Ididit paintable steel, tilt - $950
Ididit chrome, tilt, column shift - $1275
Flaming River polished stainless steel, tilt, column shift - $1275
Sanderson Blockhugger Headers – recommend when we install steering column.
Small block Chevy plain steel - $200; ceramic coated silver - $360 (others available)
Aluminum Radiator, installed, with fan, shroud, A/C condenser, and controls, installed - $1000
