We will work with you to determine the mix of options and accessories that are right for your project. Since every body and chassis is custom-built for you, we do not begin your build until a 40-percent deposit is received. The balance is due prior to shipping.

Superior Glass Works’ policy is to ship all parts orders within 7 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery, depending on the shipping method. Body and chassis delivery commitments are set upon order placement.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do our best to use the most economical method possible. Remember, many products require shipping by truck freight due to their size and/or weight. We can provide a shipping quote at the time of order and gladly use a shipping vendor of your choice. All claims for damage must be made to the freight carrier at time of delivery. Please also notify Superior Glass Works right away.

Merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Superior Glass Works will replace, at our discretion, any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection and approval.

All sales are final. If you would like to request authorization to return any product, you must first contact Superior Glass Works. Products used or altered are not returnable. If your request is approved, you will be given a return authorization (RA) number and your returned goods must be labeled with this RA number. Terms of your return will be discussed upon authorization and may include a 15-percent restocking fee.
