1934-1935-1936 Chevy Pick Up Chassis |

The 1934-1936 Chevy pick ups are becoming more and more popular with hot rodders and we offer a new-construction chassis that is the perfect foundation for your street rod project. The original Chevy chassis was not built to handle today's horsepower or offer the drivability we've become accustomed to, and like most old trucks, their original chassis can show considerable wear after all these years. We offer a safe, strong, and good looking chassis built to Chevy’s original specs that will accept original and aftermarket sheetmetal.Suitable for a restoration or a radical hot rod. Our recommended front suspension is a Heidts or TCI Mustang II IFS. A traditional Pete & Jakes axle front end, Kugel Komponents IFS or Heidts Superide IFS is also available. In the rear, we recommend parallel leaf springs that will provide good ride quality and a near-stock appearence. We use a custom made spring pack which lowers the rear of the car and provides a nice hot-rod rake when combined with the IFS. To further lower the rear another 2”, we can mount these springs inboard of the frame, rather than under. A triangulated or parallel 4-bar is also an option.
Our technical staff will discuss your ideas and goals with you to determine the best combination of components for your project. We offer a well-equipped Complete Rolling Chassis to use as a starting point, optioned a follows:

We also manufacture fiberglass front fenders, rear fenders, 2" wider rear fenders, and smooth running boards in stock width or wider to match our wide fenders. The 1934-1935 pickups share the same body parts, while the 1936 truck had a new front-end. Click the year of your truck to see the complete list of parts available. |
